August 21-25, 2023 @ Calvary Temple Bible Camp
On Red Rock Lake in Whiteshell Manitoba
Payment is due July 31, 2023
Registration Fee – $250.00 per child
Camp is open to all children entering grades 5 thru 10 as of Sept 2023. Camp fees are refundable up until August 15th, 2023.
Fee includes transportation to and from camp, all meals, snacks, activities, crafts, etc. (Financial aid is available if needed. Please contact the Director for more details.)
Cheques: Cheques should be made payable to Covenant CRC with a line note “Camp Registration”.
E-transfer: Payment can be made by EFT to the church office at office@covenantcrc.ca . When performing an EFT, please put Camp 2023 and your Child’s Name in the message box. A formal confirmation and receipt will follow.
The enclosed packing list is our official guideline and can be used in preparing your child for camp. Note: Never send personal electronics or money to camp. Items left behind or unclaimed after camp will be collected and kept at the church for 30 days before being donated.

Do you feel called to serve in children’s ministry? Covenant Camp is always looking to recruit reliable and committed volunteers! Available staff positions are: Adult Counselor, Junior Counselor, Nurse / Doctor, Cook, Kitchen staff, Sports Director, Lifeguard, Crafts, and Music. If you would like to participate please contact the Camp Director or church office for additional information, or send your completed application to: camp@covenantcrc.ca
Covenant Bible Camp is fully staffed by a capable team of qualified and committed individuals. All staff are pre-screened according to current applicable standards for child welfare, and are further trained & equipped to ensure the maximum safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
Camp Staff includes: An on-site Licensed Nurse or Doctor, First Aid & CPR certified adult counselors, a Certified Lifeguard, a senior pastor or member of clergy, male and female spiritual counselors, junior counselors, and a dedicated kitchen crew that provides nutritious meals and snacks daily.
